Items for sale at are limited in stock, and pricing and stock availability are subject to change without notice. All prices on are listed in Australian Dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled. In the event an advertised item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the sale and issue a full refund including bank charges. No rain check will be issued or honoured. In the event of paying for a product which is not confirmed (by our system by order ID and email), we will refund the money back to the account it came from.

Our staff are more than happy to provide recommendations. Please be as specific as possible about your home and network when requesting recommendations. It is ultimately the customer's responsibility to ensure compatibility with preexisting devices.

Returns due to wrong choice are allowed for a period of two weeks after the purchase was made and will be charged a 20% restocking fee (excluding shipping costs) upon acceptance of the returned product(s). For a return of this nature to be accepted, product(s) cannot have ANY damages, dents or scratches.

Super Home Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed by 15:30 Australian Eastern Time are dispatched that day if all products are in stock. Backorders are dispatched as soon as stock arrives, and customers will be notified of backorder status updates via email.

All domestic shipments have the option of courier service or ExpressPost via Australia Post. As we are based in Sydney, Sydney orders placed with courier shipment by 09:30 Australian Eastern Time may be delivered the same day.

Overseas orders must be paid via EFT or Paypal. Overseas shipping charges will be added once the destination is known. Our webshop does not calculate overseas shipping costs automatically, so delivery charges will be calculated and sent to you for payment once the order is made. We use Australia Post Air Mail to ship overseas.

Product Warranty & RMA

Items for sale at are covered with a 12-month warranty unless stated otherwise.

In case of device failure, please download and fill out our RMA form, then fax or email it to us. Once the RMA number is issued, make sure it is displayed on the outside of the package being sent to us. Packages must be securely packed, as we are not responsible for damage during transportation. The cost of returning the goods to us is the client's responsibility. We are responsible for delivering them back.

For all RMA requests that are found not to be faulty, the customer will be responsible for a service charge of $44 GST inclusive and total shipping costs.
